Is it possible to see images of actual screens of the Web payslip?	Click on the following URL to access the sample Web Payslip page, and sign in with the given company code, ID and password below. Is it possible for some employees to receive the payslip in hard copy while other receive it via the Web payslip system?	Unfortunately the Web Payslip service will need to be applied to all the employees. As an alternative, you can pick someone as the authorized administrator(s) who will be able to access all the payslips and print the necessary ones on paper.
How do HRBM prevent data hacking from third party?	HRBM follows cyber security policies of the service provider, Software Agency System co.,ltd who is providing the service using the public cloud platform.
How will employees be notified of their login URL, company code, user ID and their initial password?	Login URL, company code, user ID and initial password will be notified by email to each employee before their first payday. The initial password will be the combination of their employee number and birth date in 8-digit numbers (YYYYMMDD).
Is there any concern that the initial password will be cracked and accessed illegally?	We highly recommend to log in before the first payday and to change the initial password.
How will newly hired employees be notified of their login URL, company code, user ID and their initial password?	Login URL, company code, user ID and initial password will be notified by email to each employee before their first payday. The initial password will be the combination of their employee number and birth date in 8-digit numbers (YYYYMMDD).
I want to know the sender's email address of user ID and initial/reset password.	Unfortunately the sender's email address is confidential for security reason. Please contact your account manager for such inquiry if necessary. If you reply to this send-only email address, we might not be able to reply to you.
Can I reset my password by myself?	It's possible as long as you have the URL to the login page, company code and user ID. In case you lose these information, you will need to ask the authorized administrator for them.
Is a consent form from each employee required when starting up the service?	The consent form will appear on the web page when the employee logs in for the first time.
When does a payslip become available?	Generally, the payslip becomes available at 0:00 on payday. This can be customized according to needs.
Will employees receive a notification e-mail each time the new payslip becomes available?	No. The notification e-mail will be sent only one time before the first payday.
How many words should a remarks column on the payslip be?	220 characters or less.
Can I access my Web Payslip on a smartphone or a mobile phone?	It's possible.
Is bonus payslip available on the Web Payslip service?	It's possible.
Is tax withholding certificate available on the Web Payslip service?	It's available, but only from URL for desktop. If you want to access on your smartphone, access to the page with desktop mode.
How long will the payslip data be stored?	For 2 years from the last upload.
Can HR person access the payslip from a foreign country?	2 administrators' ID can be granted per company at maximum. These administrators' ID enables you to access all payslips to browse with the proper operating system and network requirements. The allocation of these ID depends on the company.
In what language is the administration menu available?	Japanese only.
Can I access my payslips after resignation/retirement?	Generally it's possible to access your payslips even after resignation/retirement. However the company is able to limit the access period if needed.
If the business e-mail address becomes unavailable after resignation/retirement, can I still access my payslips?	It's possible as long as you have the company code, user ID and password.
Can I find the login page by entering a keyword into a search engine?	No. It's highly recommended to save the initial notification e-mail or to have the login page bookmarked.
What is the role of "responsible person"?	The responsible person is supposed to be a contact person with the service provider (Software Agency System co.,ltd.). For example, he/she will receive notifications from Software Agency System co.,ltd. such as system maintenance, or will send inquiries as a representative of the company.
Is there a contact available for each employee to get a response to troubles and inquiries?	It would be helpful if any inquiries are sent by the responsible person only.
If HR person is replaced, will the administrator's ID and password also change?	The administrator's ID will remain even if HR person changes. So we highly recommend to change the password immediately in terms of cyber security.
Is it requred to sign a service agreement?	HRBM requests you to submit an application in place of Software Agency System co.,ltd.
